First America Bank's Main Office is located at 1307 South Tamiami Trail in Osprey, FL. The 8,300 square-foot, full-service banking facility was officially opened for business in our new building February 3, 2006. Previously, the Main Office operated in a modular unit open to customers located on the property until the permanent facility was complete. Hank A. Goldsby, President and Chief Operating Officer of First America Bank, said, "We have earnestly anticipated the official opening of our Main Office and are pleased to be a permanent part of the Osprey community."

First America Bank's Manatee County Office is located at 2811 Manatee Avenue West in Bradenton, FL. The 6,300 square-foot, full-service banking facility was officially opened for business at the new location September 5, 2005. Daniel S. Hager, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of First America Bank, expressed that, "Although our building no longer resembles the old Pizza Hut, we are excited to provide our financial services in such a familiar landmark location for Bradenton residents."

First America Bank's third banking center is the Downtown Sarasota Office located at 15 South Palm Avenue in Sarasota, FL. The 2,800 square-foot, full-service banking facility is on the ground floor of the 1350 Main Building on the corner of Main Street and Palm Avenue in the heart of Sarasota’s lucrative central business district. Hager remarked, "Downtown Sarasota is full of opportunity, and we are eager to be a part of its revitalization."
